The ability to write clearly and coherently has always been crucial in academia. Living in an age of instant communication, many kids are probably not aware of the importance of good writing. To be able to communicate verbally an idea is one thing, but to be able to articulate effectively an idea via the written word is another thing. The individual who masters this craft or possesses this skill, indeed, knows very well the power of writing.
The program at Writing Academy is specifically designed to assist students in improving or in enhancing their writing skills. Dr. Mindy Trac, a credentialed instructor with a PhD in English from Claremont Graduate University, meticulously designs a curriculum for each grade level. The goal is to provide students with a sturdy foundation for writing.
At Writing Academy students are our priorities. Great care is exhibited in our lesson planning and teaching. We want to see students succeed.
